As I look back on my healing journey,
I can see that my yoga practice was one of the primary ways
I cultivated Self Energy and listened to my parts – before
knowing what any of that meant.
I have been practicing yoga since 2008
and teaching mindful hatha flow classes since 2011.
Since becoming an Internal Family Systems practitioner,
I have been exploring ways to weave together
these two practices which are so dear to my heart.
